Thursday we flew from Cleveland to Charlotte, North Carolina where we rented a car and drove to Greer South Carolina where we spent the day visiting with Frank & June Simmons. It was wonderful after having not seeing them for many years. Friday we drove to Hilton Head where we visited Mike & Monica Putich and saw 3 of their 5 children. We had not seen them for 9 years and it was shocking to see the kids all grown up. Mike & Monica are still hilarious and fun to be with. Saturday we drove to North Charleston where we visited with Brian & Gina Sullivan. Ashley, Jonathan and Michael had met Gina, who was a Judo player at National tournaments. She is expecting twins any day now. We really enjoyed being with them, they're an adorable couple. Were anxiously awaiting the happy news!! Sunday we drove back to Charlotte and flew back to Cleveland. It was a wonderful weekend with old & new friends.
