UPDATE

I had a clinical on this past Thursday at the Upper Arlington Fire Department. I had a few good runs where I was able to put an IV in and administer Morphine to a patient who had broke her foot in 3 places. I also had a critical patient whose pacemaker/defibrillator was shocking her because she was in Ventricular Tachycardia, dangerous heart rhythm. I was able to push two drugs; 1. to help slow her heart rate and 2. to sedate her . It was definitely an adrenaline rush.

in other news..

Because of Kelly's excellent grades at CSCC. Kelly just received a scholarship to THE Ohio State University!! and because of her job, she doesn't have to pay for classes(up to 10 credits) and now with the scholarship, she won't have to pay for books.
